Consequently, Borna electro-galvanized doors are designed not only to be impact-resistant but can also be reinforced with a stainless steel impact plate in the center, based on the client’s specifications.
While some hospitals utilize wooden or PVC doors which are non-washable, our electro-galvanized hospital doors are fully washable with anti-bacterial detergents and can withstand steam cleaning at temperatures up to 100°C.

One of Borna Sanat’s innovations is the manufacturing of extra-wide single-leaf doors. The 125 cm width prevents wheelchairs or stretchers from impacting the sides, ensuring seamless movement for medical staff. Clean room doors are designed for strictly sterile environments, serving not only hospitals but also pharmaceutical industries, laboratories, and food processing centers. In traditional methods, wooden doors are manually lined with lead. درب مقاوم در برابر حریق
درب ضد حریق به درب هائی گفته می شود که در برابر حرارت مقاوم هستند و برای مهار آتش و دود و همچنین خروج اضطراری استفاده می شود.این درب ها نقش بسیار مهمی را در بالا بردن امنیت مردم و کاستن خسارات حاصل از آتش سوزی ایفا می نمایند و در ساختمانهای بلند و در راه پله ها مورد استفاده قرارمیگیرد.

درب های ضد حریق مطابق با استاندارد های بین المللی باید از نوع خودبسته شو باشد. لولاهای نصب شده روی درب که انحصاری ساخت شرکت می باشد تلفیقی از لولا و درب بند ( آرام بند ) است که دارای فنر داخلی بوده و درب را در حالت بسته قرار می دهد از مزایای استفاده از این نوع لولا کاهش حدودی هزینه وعمر طولانی خواهد بود چرا که استفاده از جک آرام بند در صورت باز نگهداشتن درب به صورت عمدی به طور طولانی مدت باعث خرابی جک آرام بند و تغییر حالت فنر داخل آن و تخلیه روغن آن میگردد.
درزبند دور لنگه درب نقش بسزایی در جلو گیری از خروج گازهای سمی و دود در ساختمان مشتعل دارد و علاوه بر این به دلیل جلوگیری از ورود اکسیژن به محیط باعث کند شدن پروسه اشتعال می شود.
