Door Leaf Specifications

Each door leaf is constructed from two 0.9 mm thick electro-galvanized steel sheets.

The rear sheet is formed using roll-forming, and the front sheet undergoes a two-stage bending process, assembled via a sliding interlocking mechanism.

The internal fireproof insulation consists of Rockwool with a density of 100 kg/m³, installed as rigid slabs within the door.

Fire-rated doors are available in thicknesses of 45 mm and 55 mm, depending on the application requirements of various facilities.

Unlike common market products, Borna’s unique internal structure prevents the Rockwool insulation from sagging or settling over time, effectively eliminating bulging at the bottom of the door.
